30 Day Progress Pictures!
While I haven’t done PERFECTLY, I feel like I’ve put a lot into the fitblrpush and I think I’ve done a pretty good job. Even if I can’t hit the assignments every single day because of work, I always catch up and I haven’t missed one yet.
Areas of improvement I’m really proud of: my inner thighs are less jiggly, my calf muscles are more defined, by booty is perkier, and my underarms are toning up. I’m kind of falling in love with my legs haha. My cell phone doesn’t take the best quality pictures for sure, but I can see the differences in person and that’s definitely saying something because I’m my own biggest critic.
My boyfriend ended up working pretty much all day yesterday so I didn’t get a chance to do measurements, but tomorrow I’ll have him do it when he gets home from work. My weight yesterday was 113.8 which was low BUT I don’t feel too bad because I know I’ve been eating enough all month-I’ve been keeping up with making sure to eat a minimum of 1500 calories every day so far this month :)
